The Cloverfield Paradox on vuonna 2018 ensi-iltansa saanut science fiction -kauhuelokuva, jonka on ohjannut Julius Onah. Se on Cloverfield-elokuvasarjan kolmas osa. Elokuvan pääosissa ovat Daniel Brühl, Elizabeth Debicki, Aksel Hennie, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Chris O’Dowd, John Ortiz, David Oyelowo ja Zhang Ziyi.

The Cloverfield Paradoxin traileri julkaistiin yllätyksellisesti Super Bowl LII:n aikana 4. helmikuuta 2018, jonka jälkeen elokuva ilmestyi Netflixiin samana päivänä.

Vaikka elokuvan uniikkeja mainostapoja ylistettiin, itse elokuva vastaanotti yleisesti negatiivisia arvosteluja elokuvakriitikoila, jotka eivät pitäneet kerronnasta, käsikirjoituksesta tai editoinnista, ja monet sanoivat sitä jopa huonoimmaksi Cloverfield-elokuvaksi, vaikkakin Mbatha-Raw’n hahmo sai hieman kehua.[1][2]
