Potato leafroll virus (PLRV) adalah sebuah anggota genus Polerovirus dan keluarga Solemoviridae. Virus tersebut menginfeksi kentang dan anggota lain dari keluarga Solanaceae. PLRV mula-mula dideskripsikan oleh Quanjer et al. pada 1916.[1]
