Verhaal

De Britse commandant Max Easton heeft een saaie kantoorbaan bij de admiraliteit. Hij wordt verliefd op de Amerikaanse Virginia Killain en wil vlug meer geld verdienen. Hij gebruikt daarom militaire geheimen in zijn voordeel.
