Lora Hart werkt in een ziekenhuis als een verpleegster in opleiding. Ze zorgt er voor de zieke kinderen Desney en Nanny Ritchie. Veel medewerkers willen hen echter vermoorden. Lora tracht hen tegen te houden met de hulp van Mortie.
