Stanley Johnson (født 18. august 1940 i Penzance i Cornwall) er en britisk politiker, forfatter og ekspert på miljø- og befolkningspolitikk.

Han er sønn av Osman Kemal (senere Wilfred Johnson) og Irene Williams, datter av Stanley Fred Williams fra Bromley i Kent, og hans hustru Marie Louise de Pfeffel,^[6] en illegitim etterkommer av den württembergiske prins Paul von Württemberg. Hans bestefar var Ali Kemal Bey, innenriksminister i det osmanske rike fra 1919 til han ble myrdet.

Johnson var fra 1979 til 1984 representant for Conservative Party for valgkretsen Wight and Hampshire East i Europaparlamentet. Johnson er far til Boris, Rachel, Leo og Jo Johnson. Han arbeidet i Verdensbanken, der han særlig beskjeftiget seg med miljøpolitikk. Han publiserte en rekke bøker om miljø og flere romaner.
